Full House Refurbishment & Single-Storey Extension in Oxford
Our recent project on Cricket Road, Oxford, involved a comprehensive refurbishment of an existing property and the construction of a new single-storey extension. The goal was to modernise the property and enhance its interior and exterior appeal.
We began by demolishing the old extension at the rear, which was no longer functional, and replaced it with a large single-storey extension that significantly increased the living space and improved the layout.
Throughout the refurbishment, we replastered, replumbed, and redecorated the entire home, giving it a fresh, modern look. We installed new UPVC windows and doors, along with water goods, cladding, and soffits, for a complete update.
The single-storey extension became home to a new kitchen, and with the updated layout, we were able to add two modern bathrooms. This not only created a new heart of the home but also added significant value.
Outside, we landscaped both the front and rear gardens, providing a low-maintenance space that can be enjoyed throughout the year.
The Cricket Road project transformed an aging property into a modern, functional family home with improved aesthetics and comfort. This project is a testament to how thoughtful design and planning can breathe new life into an outdated property.
